Grand Master Choa Kok Sui’s Arhatic Yoga
Arhatic Yoga is a highly advanced spiritual technology that accelerates the evolution of the soul. It is a synthesis of yoga techniques including powerful meditations, character building and breathing techniques integrated into an easy step-by-step system to rapidly and safely accelerate your spiritual development.
“Arhatic Yoga is not a religion,
it is non-sectarian and
simply leads you to the truth.”
– Master Choa Kok Sui
“Arhatic” comes from the word “Arhat” which refers to a highly evolved being. “Yoga” basically means union and refers to the union of the personality and the soul. This advanced yoga system was given by Lord Mahaguruji Mei Ling to Master Choa Kok Sui. It has origins from China, India and Tibet. In addition to being an advanced technique practiced by Spiritual Initiates, it also synthesises and integrates all yogas. Learn and experience the essence and powers of the 7 yogas: Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Laya/Kundalini yoga, Gnana yoga, Bhakti yoga, Mantra yoga and simplified Hatha yoga.
During Arhatic Yoga practise, you will first undertake the purification of the physical, etheric, astral, and mental bodies. Then the chakras are substantially activated in a secret sequence to safely and effectively awaken and then circulate the Kundalini energy throughout the body.
This technique is practiced by very advanced and evolved yogis.
It is the foundation for building the much coveted “Golden Body”! Gold is the most conductive element. The purpose of developing the Golden Body is that the body becomes capable of receiving tremendous amounts of refined spiritual energy. The healing power is amplified, as is the students ability to achieve success and complete huge projects.
The system has been designed in such a way that it makes it possible to pursue the spiritual path while living a “normal life.” When practicing Arhatic Yoga you don’t need to abandon your normal life activities, career and relationships to develop spiritually. As you practice Arhatic Yoga your ability to cope with daily difficulties and the challenges of contemporary lifestyle increases so that you move more smoothly and joyfully though life, no matter what is happening.
Arhatic Yoga Level One –
Prerequisite – must have practiced Arhatic Prep for 2 years and be recommended by your local centre
Arhatic Yoga Level One incorporates activating the chakras, amplifying the spiritual and psychological function of the chakras. This has the effect of making the student more loving, intelligent, and productive. The method of activating the chakras allows the higher chakras with higher spiritual or psychological function to control the lower chakra with the lower psychological function, just as the manager or supervisor must direct the workers.
The pre-requisite for learning Arhatic Yoga Level One is to have practised Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Level diligently for two or more years.
Arhatic Yoga Level Two
Prerequisite – Must have practiced Arhatic level 1 for one year and be recommended by your local centre
Once Arhatic Yoga Level One has been practised for some time, the chakras are more or less permanently activated and the student has become used to the changes in their energy body. The next step is to relate or closely linked the higher and lower chakras, just as the manager and workers must be closely connected. The pre-requisite for learning Arhatic Yoga Level Two is to have practised Arhatic Yoga Level One diligently for one or more years.
Arhatic Yoga Level Three
Prerequisite – must have practiced Arhatic level 2 for three years or more and be recommended by your local centre
Arhatic Yoga Level Three develops the antah-karana or spiritual bridge of light and the etheric golden body. Alchemical processes are performed on the chakras, kundalini and spiritual energy to enhance physical, emotional and mental abilities. As the bridge of light is created, the degree of soul connection is enhanced. With regular practise for three to five years, the etheric body turns golden and becomes super conductive to higher spiritual energies.
The pre-requisite for learning Arhatic Yoga Level Three is to have practised Arhatic Yoga Level Two diligently for two or more years.
Arhatic Yoga Level Four
Arhatic Yoga Level Four focuses on activating the 12th chakra or the pentecostal fire or the blooming of the golden lotus above the head. Activating the 12th chakra prematurely without thorough character building, the positive and negative qualities will be magnified to such a high degree that they may be difficult to control.
Arhatic Yoga Level Five
Arhatic Yoga Level Five activates the Forehead chakra and creates a vortex of energy called the unicorn light.
Arhatic Yoga Level Six and Seven
Arhatic Yoga Level six and seven deal with the spiritual practises needed to become arhats, a state when the higher soul becomes highly developed and there is almost complete union between the incarnated and the higher soul.
Arhatic Yoga Level Eight and Higher
Arhatic Yoga Level Eight and Higher were not taught by GrandMaster Choa to any of the students.
